Penalty claim complaints

Complaints can be submitted using the complaint form available on the EuroPark website, to the e-mail address:, by post, as well as via any other communication channel. EuroPark will process the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and provide a reply by post or to the indicated e-mail address.

The complaint must contain the following information:

  • the penalty claim number,
  • car registration number,
  • copy/scan of the parking ticket,
  • described reason of complaint,
  • and contact data of the vehicle owner/user - name, surname, e-mail address or postal address.
