Penalty claim complaints

Formalities

In order to make a valid complaint about a penalty claim, such complaint must be submitted in writing within 10 days of the penalty claim issue. The complaint must show at least:

  • the penalty claim number,
  • car registration number,
  • copy/scan of the parking ticket,
  • described reason of complaint,
  • and contact data of the vehicle owner/user.

Please note, that only complaints made in writing will be processed by EuroPark.

Grounds and form of the complaint

Penalty claim can be revoked in case it was imposed incorrectly only. Complaint about the penalty claim should include at least the following information: number of the penalty claim and driver's/car user's contact details. There is a ready complaint form available online.

We will send our reply within 21 working days to the address/e-mail address indicated in the complaint.
