New apps to view penalty claims and payment status

We give easy tips how to check details of received penalty claims and their payment status in our web

In order to make penalty claim complaint process smooth for everybody, we have launched dedicated application in our web. All car drivers, who received our yellow penalty claim printout, can easily investigate more details about it, especially:

  1. check details of received penalty claim (incl. photographic files),
  2. receive bank details for penalty claim payment,
  3. submit penalty claim complaint, if necessary.

To start the application you will need your vehicle registration number and penalty claim number. Direct link can be found in our home page, under Parking help ("Submit penalty claim complaint").

For those customers, who wish to check if there are any penalty payments due, we have created another simple application. It is accessable from the home page with the blue button "Check your car fines". To start control process, you will need vehicle registration number only.
