Submit your complaint fast with a ready web form

EuroPark has introduced a simplified method to submit complaints through our website www.europark.pl. The complaint form can be found in the subpage Help - Submit complaint. It is fast and convenient. Clients are able to verify their penalty claim circumstances and check its detailed information (including photos). If there is any doubt, complaint can be submitted.

To activate the complaint form, the fine number and vehicle registration number has to be typed into the form. In a new page, all penalty claim details will be displayed. In the bottom of that page you will see an orange button "Submit complaint". Please note, that complaints can be submitted within 10 days from the fine issue date. After that period, fine complaints won't be processed.

After pressing "Submit complaint" button, you will be requested to fill in the missing fields of the complaint form. When completed, you can confirm submission of your complaint form with "Send" button.

All done!

You will receive EuroPark's response within 21 working days. It will surely clarify the situation.
